How to resolve ISP Complaints in India?

1. Contact ISP

First and foremost it is essential to raise an issue at the ISP's customer care number. As there is stiff competition among all the Internet Service Providers therefore they value customer feedback and resolve most cases when complained upon immediately. 2. Contact Nodal Officer

Apart from raising your concern at their customer care number, every ISP has a grievance department headed by Nodal officer as directed by the law. You can even file a complaint there or mail them at the ID given. Most of the issues get resolved at this stage.

3. Send a Legal Notice

However, if you complaint is still being ignored, then the next best option would be to engage a lawyer and send a Legal Notice to ISP without wasting anytime.
