The invention of Internet has made life easy. Everything now is just a click away. Internet was invented in the early 1980s by Robert E. Khan and Vint Cerf. First and foremost it is essential to raise an issue at their customer care number. As there is stiff competition among all the Internet Service Providers therefore they value customer feedback and resolve most cases when complained upon immediately. Apart from raising your concern at their customer care number, every ISP has a grievance department as directed by the law. You can even file a complaint there or mail them at the id given. Most of the issues get resolved at this stage, however, if you complaint is still being ignored, the next best option would be filing a complaint at your nearest consumer forum. It is the least expensive option and you don’t even need a lawyer to process your case in the consumer forum. We at Voxya help in approaching the consumer forum by preparing the case documents.
