Shyam Sundar D filed complaint against Jio on Apr 24, 2024
Paid **** on app as installation charge saying it will be adjusted when paying for the Jio fiber Airmax plan. Did not hear anything from them for two days. After repeated calling came to do KYC. This guy "Upendra" made me do the full payment on the spot. Again went AWOL. Not picking the calls at any point. Managed to get his TL's number but still did not get an exact installation date. Its been * days and I haven't got the connection yet.
