Jio Fiber - Jio fiber relocation order postponing

I raised an order request for jio fiber relocation on **th April, since then my scheduled appointment got postponed * times without any notification. Every time the mentioned appointment date is expired I call to customer support and they give me a new date, I have expressed my issues multiple times to customer support, still all they do is give an next appointment date verbally not via text. It's been ** days and still counting, I have moved in to new location and struggling for it, as I have an active plan of more *months I cannot just let it be and get a new connection, for that I need to pay for new connection and existing plan fee will go to waste.
