My airtel broadband is down from the **th of feb ****. As per my plan I was getting around ** mbps of speed, but the speed suddenly dropped to ** mbps on **th of feb and based on that i raised a request for internet down on the same day, and i was assigned a technician who visited my place on **th feb initially cheated me by sending some other guy and he did something with the router and my speed suddenly dropped down to * mbps, so on **th feb i raised another request for a router change as per the technician, from **th i am waiting for a technician to recheck the router so that I can get atleast ** mbps of speed so that I can do my work, I tried many sources like their customer care, send mails to nodal officer, appelate based in bangalore. From **th i am only getting response of jammer issue in my area. I know about the jammer issue but I was getting ** mbps speed even though there was jammer issue,I wanted a proper technician to recheck the router and no one is caring to send one, its been almost ** days now and now I have received a bill to pay this month of **** rs. without using their service for almost half of the month. The request i raised on **th feb is still open, and no one is caring to call me, to check about this, it has become my duty to call them everyday and ask for a technician, I was not expecting this from Airtel.
