Hi team, Initially I had ACT Broadband connection with common Switch installed in my premises. Due to which I had terminated the connection and requested a new connection with dedicated service. The sales person promised me that will provide a dedicated connection with GX box with security deposit of Rs.****.
I had paid Rs.**** for a new connection and Rs.**** for security deposit of GX box.
Now when I tried to shift the connection, came to know that they just installed the switch inside home and not GX box.
Now customer care executive arguing that the payment made is for the security deposit of the router. But even the connection was provided with the existing router and no new routers were provided. Everyone knows that for all new connections taken with quarterly subscription comes with free router. There is no point in arguing that additional Rs.**** for router deposit.
Now no one taking the ownership for the issue happened. Is this the way they cheat their customers.
