Our client Mr. Rohit Kumar had ordered Paya Nihari Soup from Swiggy on 29th May at 8:15 p.m. But on opening the delivered food our client was shocked to the core. The box had a rotten smell and the food received was completely stale and spoiled and simply uneatable. Mr. Kumar immediately raised a complaint in the help desk section of Swiggy but they kept providing him with ambiguous answers. Moreover, a couple of days later, Mr. Kumar was shocked to see that his complaint had been marked as closed without clearly his query. This was the final nail in the coffin as after getting frustrated with their automated responses, Mr. Kumar decided to file a complaint against Swiggy at Voxya online consumer complaint forum and requested us to help him in resolving the issue.

A brief look into the consumer complaint :

Our client Mr. Sushil Mathews kept getting calls from Hathway Broadband that if he makes an advance payment for the next 3 months, then he will get a wireless camera for free. As this sounded like an intriguing option, our client decided to ahead with this offer and made the advance payment. However, as soon as the money was received by the company, they started ignoring his calls and e-mails and kept transferring his calls to another department and provided no resolution. Mr. Mathews even threatened to leave their services if no camera was provided but to no avail. After getting frustrated with them, Mr. Mathews decided to file a complaint against Hathway Broadband at Voxya consumer complaint portal and requested us to help him in resolving the issue.

इसमें पूछी गयी सभी जानकारियों को भर कर आप रजिस्टर हो जाते है | इसके बाद आपने जो ईमेल रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए इस्तेमाल किया है उस पर एक लिंक आएगा जिसको क्लिक करके आपको अपने अकाउंट को verify करना होता है | इसके बाद आप ऑनलाइन शिकायत कर सकते है | शिकायत करने के लिए विज्ञापन से सम्बंधित पूरा विवरण भरना होता है | आपके अपनी जानकरी के साथ वीडियो क्लिप, न्यूज़ पेपर आदि दस्तवेजो को भी संलग्न कर सकते है | इसके बाद आप “सबमिट” बटन पर क्लिक करके अपनी शिकायत को दर्ज कर सकते है |

On 11th April 2019 at 09:53 a.m., Mr. Tcs Prasad filed a complaint at our portal against SpiceJet airlines. As soon as we received the complaint, immediate actions were taken to resolve the issue. We sent an email to the company and also started a social media campaign. On the very next day i.e. on 12th April 2019, Mr. Prasad again visited our portal at 09:08 a.m. and marked the complaint as resolved.

A brief look into the complaint :

Our client Mr. Tcs Prasad had booked two round tickets from Hyderabad to Madurai (from 18-03-19 to 21-03-2019) through SpiceJet. However, the flight got cancelled due to operational problems and SpiceJet promised that the full amount refund would be provided within 15-20 days. But even after waiting for 25 days no refund was provided to our client. Our client continuously reminded them about the refund but all he did get were automated email responses. After getting frustrated with them, Mr. Prasad decided to file a complaint against SpiceJet at our portal and requested us to help him in resolving the issue.
