- Chassis mismatch on purchase Closed
On purchase of tata ace gold from Lb Nagar showroom on ** Feb ****, we found chassis number is not matching on track with the one on the vehicle. When asked the sales executive he then gave us a noc letter from their company and promised to get the vehicle registered in *-* days. It's been nearly a month and there's no response from tata motors team. I have contacted the sales manager and other team heads and all of them are ignoring my appeal. When asked if I get my emi they said it will be debited only after a month of registration but today morning on ** March **** I received a message that emi of **** will be debited on * April ****. I have not been informed about my emi nor any documents has been given to me. I'm struggling to resolve the issue with them for ** days. Today when I informed salesman about the emi, he is just ignoring me. I have already lost a month salary to the driver and a month emi to tata motors and earning of ***** from the vehicle which is just sitting in my garage.
