I am writing to formally escalate a long-standing issue with Amazon India that has remained unresolved for three years. Despite numerous attempts to address the problem through Amazon's internal channels, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
Amazon India’s team has incorrectly concluded that I provided an empty box instead of a mobile device during a return. This assertion is baseless, as Amazon's pickup officials follow a strict procedure, including IMEI verification, to confirm the presence of the mobile phone before accepting the return. It is improbable that an empty box would have passed this check.
Furthermore, despite multiple requests, Amazon has consistently denied my right to access their investigation report. As the affected consumer, I am entitled to this information to understand the basis of their decision. The item is also showing as "Return received" on their order page.
This delay has caused me significant financial hardship. I am also seeking compensation for the inconvenience, stress, and financial loss caused by their unreasonable delay.
