I am Sapna I have ordered a sound boar Beetz **W Sound Bar Bluetooth Speaker which cost is Rs ****/- I have booked it on ** August, **** order id is ***-*******-******* and I have received this product on **-*-****. On the same day I have made a complain regrading this order because I have received damage & defective product. Amazon executive told me you will get the ***% Solution like refund/replacement/return on **st august ****. I have made call amazon on **st August, **** and their executive told me we will not help to you regarding this product return/refund/replacement. Even I have received a defective product from amazon. Kindly help me and resolve my issues I need full refund/return regarding this product.
