R for rabbit car seat ordered in the month of july but defective product delivered. Issue raised on Amazon portal, but nobody replaced or returned the product. Amount also not returned. It was informed to us by Amazon customer agent over chat and call that" We would like to inform you that the investigation process has been completed. Our team conveyed that your product was delivered intact and within the promised timelines. Therefore, we're not able to process a refund/create a replacement/create a return for the same".
