We all know how essential Oil and Gas is for the standard growth of the economy. There have been different gas and oil companies which have contributed towards the fast growth of Indian Economy. Most of the gas and oil companies in India are organized by the Indian Government under Public Sector Undertaking (PSU).

The largest oil/gas companies in India include Indian Oil Corporation, ONGC, Bharat Petroleum, Reliance Petroleum etc.

The commonly reported complaints against gas and oil companies by consumers include:

1. Contact Gas / Petroleum Company
First and foremost you should try to talk to the customer care support of the company which is specially created for dealing the consumer complaints amicably. The customer care number of some of the most used oil/gas companies in India are :

2. Go to Grievance Portal
Apart from all the customer care number, all of these gas companies have online grievance portals. All you have to do is fill the form by entering all the necessary details and a customer representative will call you in a short while.

3. Send a Legal Notice
If you still feel neglected and feel that they are still not being responsible the next best option would be to send a Legal Notice to the company. You should hire a lawyer to draft and send legal notice. You can also use services of Voxya if you are unable to find competent lawyer.

4. File a Consumer Forum Case
