I paid rupees **** through online payment dated on **-**-**** for new Tatasky connection by visiting at www.tatasky.com by using my jkbank account. Moreover I approached Tatasky customer services many times and provide all bank statement showing amount paid to them but till date I got nothing I taught to them more than ** times I made clear from BillDesk payment sulotions that payment credits to merchant i.e Tatasky on **-**-**** . But they neither install my connection nor return the payment I pledge them as I am ** years old Tatasky customer but why you are not solving my issue.... They only said we will look up the matter with in two or three days.. More than ** times they repeated the same words .
