Dear Goibibo,
We have been informed by spicejet airlines via email dated June **, **** that the amount in full has been refunded to the Goibibo account and the same shall appear in the Goibibo account within * – ** working days.
Please refer to the trailing mails for details.
Further, as per your policy on “Corona Virus & Travel” as updated on June **, **** (https://www.goibibo.com/info/coronavirus/), any booking prior to March **, **** shall be refunded in full.

I would like to request you to credit the said amount as soon as possible, in order to plan my forthcoming trips; further I urge you not to make me followup for the refund / credit.
