Our flight ticket from Bangalore to Shiridi was cancelled by airline & refunded back to Goibibo.
Its been ** + days & the refund is not processed from Gobibo even after raising * tickets & multiple calls. The reason Goibibo provides on every call is they are working on it. Every other call i need to explain them the issue again & again. Goibibo also confirmed that the refund is received from Indigo already but they are proceeding to transferring back to my account. Goibibo internally sends email to their refund initiating team & asks me to wait as it would be processed within **-** hrs. But they fail to do it. Below are the details for your reference
