- Package delivered in worst condition Damaged plant Closed
I had ordered a plant from nurserylive.com few days back. However, I am shocked to have received the product today in damaged form. Unfortunately after the product was delivered and when i opened the package for checking the product, i found it was damaged. And i complained the same thing to the customer care team of nurserylive had mailed about the issue faced with pics and condition of product after delivery mailed thrice and also try to contact through call and in whatsapp too but there was no response.

I have kept the good in the same form as received. The same can be checked by the representative while picking up the goods. * day have been passed no repsonse after mailing thrice and still i have not been able to use the plant as required at my end.
Hence i would request you to kindly attend to my complaint urgently and provide me with the replaced goods at the earliest.
Kindly note that if i do not hear from you in next * days regarding the replacement of product., then o would be bound to proceed further to lodge complaint against the company at appropriate consumer and legal form
