- Yatra com cheated me on my Holiday Package and rubies my travel plans ^{Offered Resolution}

*On **th January I spoke to a Yatra agent about my Holiday plans for Goa from **rd Jan to **th Jan ****.
*She asked me if I wanted my package with or without flights. I told her to send me quotations for both.
*She sent me "the best deal of the day" with these details - Total cost of the package for two Adults with Breakfast , Pickup ,Drop , Sightseeing , Flights (inclusive of taxes)**: INR **,***/-
** Inclusive of GST @ *.*%
*I was happy to see that this included flights.
*Then she spoke to me about hotels and gave me * options. I chose *. Then she again sent me another email with the updated hotel name i guess but the amount was increased.
*Total cost of the package for two Adults with Breakfast , Pickup ,Drop , Sightseeing , Flights (inclusive of taxes)**: INR **,***/-
I wad okay with it coz i thought maybe because I chose a more expensive hotel the amount has increased.
*on **th Jan, She called up again and told me that she has spoken to her supervisor and she can give me a discount of **** on the above quotation making it ***** and everything will remain the same. I was more than happy. Then she told me that she will send me the final email with this package along with payment link where i should make the advance payment. I was at work, but still in the excitement of freezing my travel plan i told her I will immediately make payment.
* She sent me the email with the discounted amount and the payment link.

I made the payment without wasting any time.

However, I didn't realise that in this email she had skillfully removed the word "flights".

*Later on **th Jan, i sent them an email asking for my itinerary. No reply. I called up, to which she said that what itinerary? Coz the package doesn't include flights. I was in for a shock. I checked all my emails. Everywhere it was written with "flights", except for the one that had the payment link. I told her it was wrong and that in all of our telephonic conversations it was implied that i was under the impression that my package includes flights. I was in for rude awakening. She told me she will rectify the error. Took another * days without any solution.
I had lost * days in this to n fro. Didn't check with any other travel agency and now i find this.

I have been writing to their email address but no-one cares to reply. I have been addressing the supervisor of the floor but to no avail.

I am extremely disheartened and disappointed. I was planning a surprise travel for my husband as a gift on his birthday this month. It is spoiled. I have no plans for **-** January and i am minus my hard earned **** INR that Yatra looted from me.
