On **th June, a software update happened in my ** Inch Samsung QLED TV after which a thick vertical line started coming on my TV screen. The Samsung technician came next day took the pictures of the TV and told that its a motherboard failure. The TV is just * months old and clearly showing a manufacturing defect. Samsung team stopped responding on this complaint and it's been ** days now the issue is not yet addressed.
