- Urgent TV Display Issue Poor Customer Service and Escalation of Representative Lata s Behavior Open

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the ongoing issues with my new Samsung TV, purchased in * April **** (TV model number UA**AU****KXXL and serial number *EZC**TT******V. Despite the initial panel replacement ( with in some months from purchase month) , the display problem persists, and I have been experiencing difficulty in getting a resolution from your customer service team. Earlier also, I've demanding the replacement but the engineer and call representative assured us that there is a issue in panel now the same was replaced, now it will not longer with this TV. On trust basis I've accept the old request closure.
Now again the same issue persist with same TV, now they are saying TV warranty is over but still I've panel services. For the same, I have raised a request with complain number ********** and an engineer visited my home, taking visit charges and initiate replacement. However that time also I'm not at my home, so on call I've requested to engineer in next visit please call me in advance so that personally I'm available at home. For the same concern yesterday (Date **th Sept'**) I've received call from Miss Lata and we discussed about the issue. I request with her to replace my TV as the issue is with TV not with panel, or either put a refund to me. She confirmed me that she will talk the same with their internal management and call back to me shortly. Post that she not called me back.
Today I tried to connect with her from morning but unfortunately, she rejected my calls and contacted my alternate number, which belongs to my elder brother, who is not aware of the TV issue becaue he is not residing with us. However due to his busyness he his confirmed the address only. And she tried to deliver the panel at my home with engineer to replace at the time.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Lata's behavior as after returing to panel she accept my called and talked with me very rudely and in disrespectful way. I have attached the screenshots of the call details.
I request you to:
*. Replace or refund my TV, considering the ongoing display issues and the inconvenience caused.
*. Escalate Lata's behavior and address the poor customer service I have received.
*. Ensure that your team communicates effectively and respects customer requests.
I hope you take my concerns seriously and take prompt action to resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
