I purchased the Samsung refrigerator side by side in **** after one of the refrigerators had the cooling issue after several complaints technicians visited, and the refrigerator got repaired ,again within fortnight again the issue non cooling with in a year my refrigerator got repaired * times every time they use to charge Rs.**** to Rs **** for gas filling.
Last month, they came, and after through examination, they certified that it is an internal leakage issue, which is unrepairable after so many complaints and calls now they are offering me compensation of Rs . *****/_only
I have purchased my refrigerator at Rs *,**,***/_ plum. My repair amount is around **k. The refrigerator is still in the warranty period . As a consumer, I have the right to get a genuine refrigerator, not a defective refrigerator .I once again request to compensate me for the full amount or a working condition refrigerator of as model. ( refrigerator purchased from bajaj Electronics tolichoki hyderabad branch. Telangana state.
