I bought a ***-litre Samsung Refrigerator from Reliance Digital, Vasai West Showroom on EMI. After * day of Installation, we noticed a dent on the fridge and the cooling was also not up to the mark. So I put up a complaint on Reliance's ResQ app. I received a message as well that my complaint was registered. But after that there was no assistance and they closed the issue also without any help or confirmation. After that once again when I raised a complaint, my issue was forwarded to Samsung and complaint was closed again even after I told ResQ team to not do so, as my issue was not resolved.
Now I am not getting any help either from Reliance Digital or Samsung both. Please help.
