** July **** I on-boarded in uber at *.** pm. After that, I was travelling with driver in the same area up to *.** CGI Yemlur to Kasabanahalli which distance is only *.* km. For that much distance, I was in the car for around * hrs. After that when I saw again it will take *hr to reach my destination I get down in Sarjapura signal. Then again I booked a normal auto which took ***/- to my place and reached my destination.
If you do not have any plan of whom to drop when and where they don't accept such request. I am going to escalate this highly cause I found there is no security for ladies. We are booking pool doesn't mean that we are travelling the whole night with the cab driver.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
