I took a ride on **th Sept and the mode of payment was selected UPI. However the driver asked me to pay in cash so did I but my app still show unpaid trip and the amount is getting added in my next booking. I contacted the customer support team and they are just a bunch of bots who gets paid for copying and pasting templates without understanding and resolving the actual problem of customer.
The problem is that when i have already paid for this trip why should I pay again?
