Babita filed complaint against UBER on Oct 7, 2025
We requested a parcel delivery ride on uber . We found a driver named maneesh . We told him that we will pay money after delivery and to call us after delivery so that we will pay the amount. After delivery he called us and asked for money,we paid. Then we called the place where we sent the parcel to confirm that they received it or not. And they said that they received the parcel and paid the money. But we told him that we will pay after delivery. But he took money from them as well as from us . After that he blocked us.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
