UBER - Double payment made

SUNDER SESHAN KALPATHI filed complaint against UBER on Feb 7, 2025

Uber Initially gave auto bearing auto No **** from Khandeshwar rly stn to BIMA complex , Kalamboli When I reached near the auto he fled in front of me,then uber without my request and knowledge booked another auto to whom I made Gpay Madhuri Sanjay (as per Gpay). My account was immediately debited but since the driver did not get confirmation on his mobile he insisted for cash which I paid since as a lady I could not afford to waste my time in the middle of the road. Please recover Rs ** from the driver immediately and give back the same to me immediately. If immediate action is not initiated at your end I will escalate the matter to the Local RTO
