Hi,
I have booked a fligh from Manchestor -London - Delhi(**th Aug) and Delhi - London - Manchestor(**th Sep) in British Airways through Cleartrip. The fligh from MAN-LHR and LHR-MAN was cancelled by British Airways and I have asked Cleartrip to check with BA if I can travel to LHR myself and board the flight. Cleartrip was able to get confirmation from BA that yes it is possible and for the same Cleartrip asked me to pay Rs **** extra and they will reissue a ticket.
Whereas when i got the new tickets I noticed that it is having a same PNR and that wasn't really a new ticket. The only change I saw on the new tickets was the seats were allocated to the passengers. However, I had not requested any seats. The amount that I have paid was not requested by BA and cleartrip themself raised an invoice of Rs ****.
I also had another booking with the same itenary and for that as well MAN-LHR and LHR-MAN flight was cancelled and was not asked to pay any extra amount at all
So, why did Cleartrip asked me to pay for this trip?
