As per the airlines spicejet its been clearly mentioned if I cancel my flight within ** hours of booking, I am eligible for full refund and after speaking with the airline and agency I have cancelled my flight.
Now the cleartrip team mentions that I am getting * refund on my flight as airline is not refunding the amount. Both the teams are clearly putting allegations on each other and my amount is been not refunded
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
