- Undue charges for a trip Open
Cab was booked from bangalore airport to Mysore(***+ km) . Amazon pay was selected as payment option. Trip started and after ** kms driver said that he wants cash to fill fuel. I was unable to change the payment option on the app. Driver ended the trip nd asked us to leave the cab. No other cab was ready at midway to take us to mysore. Uber yet charged **** rs for the trip( receipt attached) while it should have charged nothing as it was a bane for my family to pay double the charge further in local cab to reach Mysore and this in the times of pandemic.
Furthermore I tried calling customer care but it just not exist. I then tried Twitter but nothing happened. Now I just want your help to get back my hard earned Rs ****.
