I have purchased Bluetooth earphone from Crossbeat official site last year and now it has stopped working. When I contact Crossbeat to claim warranty they are saying that I can't claim warranty as I haven't registered on site but I have the original bill of my purchase. They haven't informed me anything about this registration and they are saying that this is company policy. I tell them that who read that long policy but they have refused to claim warranty and asking for paid service. In their booklet, it is written that to claim warranty register on-site. So I have registered on site to claim warranty but now they are saying that you have to register it within ** days but nothing is written like that.
