Hi Team,
I kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues promptly. As you said the product is still under warranty, so why am I suffering to get a solution asap. I am seeking a refund only. Also visited a local service centre and they were denied a complaint saying the product is not under warranty, I want another way to resolve this on an urgent basis. I cannot courier this product to your Bangalore centre.
We were certainly not what I had expected from a company of your stature. This has left me questioning the value and integrity of the product and the brand.
I am very much disappointed with your product & totally I lost my money, I will never recommend anyone to buy crossbeat products if I did not get any acceptable solution on an urgent basis.
I kindly request a prompt response outlining the actions your company intends to take to rectify these concerns. I believe that a proactive and transparent approach will not only restore my faith in your brand but also improve the overall customer experience for others.
