I had booked tickets from Spicejet Airlines through this agency- HAPPYEASYGO in ****. Due to the pandemic the airlines provided their customers with a CREDIT SHELL balance for all the cancelled flights. To utilize this credit shell, I cannot directly book my new tickets from the airlines' website since it was booked through HAPPYEASYGO before. I need to contact HAPPYEASYGO to book my tickets. But even after multiple mails and calls and even tweets, I either get a completely UNRELATED response, NO response or a "waiting period" which technically never ends. They have pathetic customer service and they are not ready to either give me my money back or book tickets for me. I am losing seats on the flight I want to travel on as every day passes.
I found out through twitter that a lot of people are facing the very problem. This might be a major fraud.
This is just adding to my frustration. I need my money back ASAP.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
