UBER - Uber driver cheated me and uber is not taking responsibility

Took an uber ride from airport to anand vihar on *rd November ****. The initial estimate cost was ***. On reaching the destination, the driver's phone showed fare of ***. He said the extra amount is from a previous ride. I told him that's not possible as I had paid all the previous amounts and he started arguing with me. I told him he hadn't stopped the ride from his phone as I didn't get the notification and ride fare on my phone. He said he had stopped the ride but his phone wasn't getting signal that's why the ride didn't stop on my phone. I was getting late so paid him *** and left. ** minutes later I got the notification and email from uber that my fare was *** which was the original estimate. I complained to uber about being cheated by their driver but so far they've refused to take responsibility, refused to refund the amount and they're just ignoring me now even after complaining so many times. I want the extra *** amount refunded and the driver fired from his job otherwise I'll have to go to the police. I have his name and car number.
