On November **,**** at **.** pm I choose a uber auto ride and the trip amount was ***.** rupees. I paid him using Googlepay method the entire amount. But the driver didnot completed the trip status. Hence I am unable to request for further trips because the Uber app shows I'm pending the last trip amount which is ***.** rupees. The driver name is Bijoy. Unfortunately I don't know nothing more about him.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
