--Placed online order on **rd Nov and I got realized that clear trip has process the booking after showing me error msg after check out page
-- Cancellation raised on **th nov
-- I have got full refund confirmation from the airline in against of my booking as this was a double booking case for airline
-- Refund process on *th December as per airline policy where as I have already submitted the airline confirmation of full refund
-- No response coming from clear trip they respond after * to * days
- No explanation given in against of my query raised (convenience fee & clear trip charges) in this case clear trip doesn’t deserve to charge clear trip charges as they refunded after ** days
