Clear Trip - Refund not given

I booked tiket with clear trip on **th April but after boarding denied by airlines my fully amount refunded and also give refund mail confirmation that, I submitted to clear trip support team on mail.
It's almost * month completed but not resolution and refund initiated. Please help
