The aforementioned acts of negligence and deficiency in service by Cleartrip Pvt. Ltd. are in violation of our consumer rights. As a consumer, I have the right to expect transparency, prompt resolution, and proper communication from the service providers involved.

I hereby demand that both Cleartrip Pvt. Ltd. and Go First Airways take immediate action to rectify this matter.
