I had purchased YAMAHA FZS version*.* (BSE***)from SPIRIT AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD ,vishwantwadi (SHELAR AUTO) bearing
Chassis No: MEIG****R*******
Engine No: G*N*E******* on **th Arp,****.
Booked Date : *th April ,****
Delivery Date : *th April, **** (moved to **th due to shortage of Bike and then moved to **th (same reason) and finally on **th April,** they give me a bike.
I have to take it ,otherwise they will sell to others.
I booked YAMAHA FZS version*.* Delux Black but I was provided with Matt Black. Still I didn't complain due their haala gula of shortage of Bike.
And after bike delivery ,the showroom closed themselves and no members are picking the phone for Bike registration.
Nobody inform nothing about this shutdown and neither co-ordinated over the same.
The owner Yogesh Shelar has his phone switched off.
After a month of long struggle on **th May.**** ,someone picked and try to register the bike .
No Application no. come to me.
Till then I didn't recieved the Registration Number , none of the employee is replying or taking this matter seriously.
As a Dealer who register a bike has only access to see the status in DEALER POINT REGISTRATION ,if any document they missed will registration .
They are not even validating.
I have attached all the bills which I have paid and received the same from the dealer.
I Bought the bike to end my suffering of transportation running every ** km up and down for * days a week but it suffered my office live and personal life.
As it is now more than * months ,my bike rot in the garage, I haven't provided with RTO registration number and Insurance from your dealer and their attitude is same as they don't have any good intention too.
As I am in High and Dry situation ,I visted RTO and Police station regarding the same , they are asking to file a suit on consumer court.
