We ordered Hugo brand Sofa from Pepperfry studio ; after we got convinced from the studio representative about the quality and he had told us this is the best one which will last long. But unfortunately within * months the Sofa’s hand rest started getting cracking sounds from inside, the spring inside the seat started to feel and the back rest is fully gone.
We tried complaining Pepperfry about the same but they clearly washed there hands out stating they are no more responsible and they put on us for that it depends upon the usage. Since we are working couple we are hardly at home and we don’t use it much. Yes the cloth has become dirty because of dirt but that can be cleaned with Washing them out. I hereby request you that to kindly look into this and help us out with our huge loss.
