I had bought a dinning table set worth **k+ just two months back, the product was bought from the pepper fry studio Vadodara near chakli circle, we were assured that the item is of top notch quality and the product we are buying is for lifetime, but within * months time period while dusting the chair I noticed very big cracks in the legs of the two chairs and after monsoon we have noticed similar cracks on two other chairs that is total * chairs, We were not at all expecting this type of quality from pepper fry, as we filed complaint, Carpenter was assigned he inspected the product, after carpenter's assessment, where they deemed the item is "non-repairable" It is deeply concerning, especially considering the numerous promises made regarding the quality of your product.He said he will submit his feedback and we will get positive response from pepperfry

It is important to emphasize that our household comprises only two individuals, and our usage of the dining table is minimal. Despite this, we have witnessed an alarming level of damage, raising serious doubts about the materials and craftsmanship involved. In one week we got the response from pepperfry stating that it is a usage problem not a manufacturing defect.We went to the studio, showed the sales representative the product he said this looks like quality issue, he will file the complaint from his end, and after * weeks we have received the same response. I have never seen Such a pathetic custom care service cheating their customer
