I have submitted the request for cancellation of Health Policy (Child Certificate no. OG-**-****-****-********, Customer ID *********) on *th of August **** at there Nagpur office. Even after constant follow ups with the representative at there Nagpur office for last one and half months I have not received any positive reply from them regarding my refund of Rs. *****/-. The details of the health policy is as under: *. Name: Avinash Vasant Devikar *. Health Policy No.(Child certificate no): OG-**-****-****-********) for self, wife and daughter. *. Plan choosen: Mediclaim insurance policy *. Customer ID: ********* *. Email id: avinash_devikar@yahoo.com *. Mobile no. ********** Please look into the matter urgently so that I can get my refund of Rs. *****/- at the earliest.
