*) on **/**/** my phone display was damaged due to an accident. i opened a claim on bajaj app, i got call for same on same day and they have asked me how i damaged my phone and asked to go to service centre and ask for estimate letter.
*) on **/**/** i uploaded my estimate letter and other documents.
*) on **/**/** the company approved my claim and asked me to repair the phone at authorised service centre and asked to upload the invoice for same.
*) on **/**/** i uploaded the invoice, cancelled cheque and passbook photo.
*) on **/**/** i got call from company telling me the passbook is of sbbj and the same have been merged to sbi. they requested me for new sbi passbook.
*) on **/**/** i issued a new passbook and uploaded same. same was approved on **/**/**
*) on **/**/** on the app it shows neft initiate but same was not done.
*) on **/**/** they repudiate my claim and did not provide me reason or any email for same. on same day i called their number and they told me that my bank has some issues we did neft by our side. and asked me to write email for that i wrote email to them but never got reply by this date
they first approved my claim and then don’t give payment when i uploaded my invoice,
in process of claim i was mentally harassed.
