I have this policy OG-**-****-****-******** in effect for the last * years. When applying for the policy I had filled an excel sheet and sent it to their sales representative where my pre existing diabetes was clearly mentioned. The online sales guy while issuing the policy did not mention diabetes as pre existing disease. The policy covers pre-existing diseases after * years and it is *th year running. Now the company is saying that they will not cover diabetes as pre existing disease and will even cancel my policy. I have proof as emails that i sent to their sales teams.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
