I had booked tickets for HYD-Goa on *th Nov ****. But I did not get the e-ticket. Close to my travel date I sent Air India an email (dated **-**-****) asking about my ticket. I got a reply from Air India on **-**-**** stating my PNR ZCWMS /with Ticket no-**-********** // ** generated. My travel date was **-**-**** so I had to book fresh tickets for me and my son. I called AirIndia when I got their email (**-**-****) and cancelled my tickets (as I had already re-booked because I had to travel on **-**-****). I also confirmed with the agent that no charges will be applied as I informed one day in advance. My issue is that I did not get the tickets but Rs. **,***/- has been debited from my account. I have taken it up with SBI cards and they said they were looking into the matter. SBI gave me the Authorization code -******
and a reference no: VT*********************. I called up AirIndia and their call centre person looked up the details and said I have to email eCommerce these details and they will be able to help me. I did that as I should get my money back, but I only got an automated response saying the eCommerce will revert but that did not happen till date. I have been calling and sending emails to them and I have not got any response. After repeated calls finally I get connected and their call centre agent is telling me its been a long time so they may not get the refund. I will like to proceed with whatever action I have to take for my grievance to be addressed.
