Dear sir/madam,
Kindly consider my request at the earliest as I am not getting any revert from airindia regarding my queries. Nobody is answering to the phone calls on either customer care numbers or if connected,they are disconnecting with resolving the queries.I had booked * air tickets for * persons from their website (airindia.in) on **-*-****. Due to corona outbreak, I want to cancel my travel on **-*-****. Government is continuously asking to avoid crowded places. Thus, I request to wave off the cancellation charges considering the sensitivity of the situation. Kindly consider my request and do the needful. Plz help resolving the issue.
