complain regarding Jio employees I invite jio fiber at my home but the employees reject my request many times I attached all the request number with this mail.
I don't know what actual problem they have with me, I am trying to get the connect from May ****.
first, they said that it took time to manage the cables in your area, then I contact them again in July then they said that your location is far from the S*(the box from where they give the connection) location.
but after some days they give the connection to my neighbor from the same box, I call them again and that time they said sorry sir we can't give you the connection the box is full but after this scenario, my another neighbor got the connection from that same S* box.
Now I call them again and this time they took the money from me and said that you will get your connection tomorrow. But next day I get a notification - Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises. I call the person who did my connection he said - wait for a day we have some problem we will do this tomorrow and this happen again till ** September ****. On ** September ****, I got a new message that - Refund of Rs. **** for JioGigaFiber connection having order number NO****BWZLC* has been successfully processed. Now they give a reason that S* Box is full so you have to wait at least * month and so.
I try to contact them but they just ignoring me , I also tried to contact them Via firstname.lastname@example.org but the executives are stuck on the same answer that physical verification is failed and feasibility in your area..
