It was at **/**/**, I applied for JioGigafiber and the next day I got a call from Jio regarding my Booking for JioGigafiber. The same day a Technician from Jio arrived at my house for the document verification and payment. I paid ****/- and he told me that my JioGigafiber Installation will be done within * days from then. But now it's been about ** days and I have not received any kind of message regarding my Installation. I have spoken to my Customer Support assistants and all of them say the same thing that "Your installation is delayed due to some unavoidable condition. We have initiated a complain regarding that. You'll be getting an SMS within **hrs". But till now I never received any kind of SMS nor Call regarding the issue. Help would be appreciated. Thank You!
