Sanjay filed complaint against UBER on Jan 17, 2023
On **th December ****, I made an uber trip from Marathahalli, Bengaluru to Kempegowda International Airpot, bengaluru. The total cost for the trip was INR *** and mode of payment selected in the app was Card. Upon reaching the destination, the driver refused to accept the card payment and insisted on payment through cash. As I was getting late at the airport, I had to make the payment to the uber through PhonePe and paid INR ***. Also, the card which was connected to the uber account showed a transaction of INR ***. I had to reach out to uber but unfortunately was turned down. Upon making several complaints, they made a partial refund of INR *** in the form of Uber Credits. This is unacceptable response from Uber. I have the details of the driver and he has assured me to support me in this case. I request your brilliant minds to help me fight this case. I am willing to fight to any extend to teach this company a lesson and claim my full refund to my original mode of payment to my Card.
