- Overcharged on a cab trip Open
I took a ride on the **th Dec ****. While booking the cab my expected fare was Rs *** but I was charged Rs ***. I tried to get help regarding this in the app but my claim was rejected without a proper understanding of the situation and I haven’t got any reply post that for a week now.
This has happened to me the second time and only with Uber in Pune where the driver does not click on complete the trip after dropping the customer and continues to drive. The first time I thought it might have been by accident by now I am pretty sure its some kind of fraud.
I was charged on was my visa debit card registered in the app which was my mode of payment for the trip.
