- Driver cancels trip after starting ride we get billed for cancellation fee Closed
My wife had booked a cab for me from my Office to home. After I got into the cab, the driver (vehicle number TS**UB****) cancelled the trip saying he will save some Rs. ** on commission. Because he cancelled the trip, another driver was arranged by the App, which was not needed. Since my wife had to cancel the other driver, she was billed the cancellation fee. Please take action on the driver of the cab number mentioned above, and refund the cancellation fee. By the way, to minimize the distance, the driver was taking small alleys with poor roads and it was an uncomfortable ride.
