Yesterday I booked a cab from uber . And after few minutes the ride conformed I was standing in hot summer in afternoon waiting for the cab. After that I call the cab driver then he told me that he is comming in ** min as shown on the app. I anggred and told him to come after standing for ** min in hot summer in almost ** degree .At last moment he canceled my ride after that they did not provide any support about this. I almost stand half and hour in sunny then I book another cab from ola . Can I file a complain case against uber in consumer court to mentally and physically harassed a customer.
