Saumya Puri filed complaint against Uber on May 30, 2023
I took an Uber ride in October last year. My driver asked for a cash payment on a non-cash trip. I paid in cash and the app showed an outstanding payment. I tried to reach customer support after the incident multiple times but nothing was done to cater to my issue. For months I kept trying to reach them but nothing was done about it. My app still shows a pending payment and I have not been able to use the app till date. Very poor customer service. I couldn't even reach them on call since there is no helpline number given anywhere.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
